This 2 day interactive workshop is designed for couples who want to build a stronger emotional connection, enhance intimacy, and better understand the patterns that create conflict and disconnection. Gain practical tools inspired by Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) an evidence-based therapeutic approach that transforms a couple’s relationship. Whether you’re feeling distant and lonely in your relationship or you’re in a good place and looking to grow even closer, this workshop is for you. All couples—regardless of age, gender, or relationship stage—are welcome.

Couples will learn how to:

Gain deeper insight into romantic love and the key moments that shape a relationship

Communicate more openly and understand emotional responses and needs—both their own and their partner’s

Recognize and shift negative interaction patterns that lead to conflict and disconnection

Create meaningful moments of connection that build trust, emotional safety, and closeness
