Discussion topics will focus on:
- What are the elements of valid and/or enforceable contracts.
- What results if you are missing one or more of the required elements for a valid contract?
- The 6 contract types that MUST be in writing to be enforceable and recognized in a court of law.
- The Statute of Frauds which is the law that provides the guidelines for these contracts that MUST be in writing to be enforceable.
