About this Event

Covid-19 has brought unprecedented times and challenges for Kansas Manufacturers. Growing concerns with continuing operations, keeping staff employed, and maintaining revenue have developed due to the uncertainty we all feel.

No one knows what the future may hold. What we do know is that continuous improvement can help a manufacturer reduce waste, improve performance and efficiency, control inventory, train employees, and ultimately save money.

Kansas Manufacturing Solutions presents, with the assistance of talented Hutchinson Community College educators, a three-day training event on continuous improvement tools and techniques that you can utilize the improve your company and prepare for the uncertain economic future.

The training takes a deep dive into Lean, Six Sigma, and human factors that can help your business stay strong now and into the future. Get hands on experience using simulations and take that experience back to your company. This is a training like no other offered.

HUMAN FACTOR:

  • Ergonomics, knowledge management, building effective teams, and leading effective meetings
