Join us for a guided tour of Continuation — a landmark exhibition uniting the work of Charles Arnoldi, Natalie Arnoldi, and Ryland Arnoldi, marking the first time the Arnoldi family has exhibited together in Greater Los Angeles.
Curated by David Austin of Austin Art Projects and presented in partnership with TIME4ART, chaired by Homeira Goldstein, Continuation explores the interplay of legacy and individuality within a shared creative lineage. Though linked by family and shaped by the cultural landscape of Southern California, each artist brings a distinct vision:
- Charles Arnoldi revisits and expands upon long-standing formal investigations.
- Natalie Arnoldi evokes the fragile beauty of natural forces through atmospheric, immersive canvases.
- Ryland Arnoldi transforms familiar vistas into vivid, dreamlike landscapes.
Together, these works highlight how creativity evolves across generations—sometimes diverging, sometimes circling back—always renewing itself in unexpected ways. The exhibition invites reflection on art’s power to endure, inspire, and transcend time.
Interactive Art Activity: The Language of Abstraction
Following the gallery tour, participants are invited to explore the principles of abstract art in a hands-on workshop titled The Language of Abstraction.
Through guided prompts, you’ll create your own abstract composition inspired by color, form, and emotion—echoing the themes of the Arnoldi family’s work.
No prior experience is needed. All materials will be provided.
