CONTEXT is a live, virtual, small-group coaching experience created for people who are self-aware, motivated, and capable, yet struggle with consistency, follow-through, or feeling supported while pursuing meaningful change.

This is not about pushing harder or finding more motivation.
It’s about changing the context around your life so growth becomes sustainable.

What CONTEXT Is

CONTEXT is a 4-session guided program supported by a companion app that helps you translate insight into daily practice.

You’ll explore:

  • How you see yourself
  • How you respond to stress and challenge
  • The mental patterns that quietly sabotage progress
  • Daily practices that support clarity and regulation
  • How to plan and move toward goals with intention
  • How your internal story shapes your ability to stay consistent

Program Structure

Live Virtual Sessions (Sundays)

Sessions meet live, virtually, every Sunday, starting January 18, 2026.

This is a small, limited cohort to maintain an intimate, supportive, and human experience.

The Four Sessions

Session 1: Foundations & Saboteurs
Build awareness around your values, mental patterns, and the ways you respond when life gets difficult.

Session 2: Mental Hygiene & Daily Practices
Learn mental hygiene daily practices that support prevention, maintenance, crisis response, and recovery. Mental hygiene is treated like brushing your teeth: simple, consistent, and essential.

Session 3: Planning, SMART Goals & Your Life Narrative
Clarify what you actually want, examine the story you tell yourself, and design goals and plans that align with who you are.

Session 4: Integration & Intentional Living
Bring everything together; awareness, daily practices, planning, and reflection, into a sustainable system you can carry forward.

The CONTEXT App (Included)

Every participant receives full access to the CONTEXT companion app, which includes:

  • Daily journaling and check-ins
  • Mental hygiene tools and practice builder
  • SMART goal tracking
  • Life planning calendar and reminders
