"Contemporary Views of the Castellated Castle," an exhibit featuring works from more than 20 artists will open with a reception beginning at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 21. This exhibit was guest curated by Elizabeth Chubbuck Weinstein, Vernisagge LLC in honor of the Old State Capitol's 175th anniversary.

Additionally, Old State Capitol Curator Anne Mahoney will lead an architectural tour of the building, connecting visual elements of the artworks to their physical inspiration.
