Join N.C. Cooperative Extension as we take a look into the basics of container gardening, raised beds, starting transplants and Community Gardening. We'll discuss how to incorporate native plants amongst traditional annual vegetables and the overall importance of site selection. We'll also discuss cover crop options. This event will include some hands-on workshop activities starting plants from seed for the summer/fall growing season.
