Island SPACE Caribbean Museum invites you to an enlightening hands-on workshop as part of Jamaican Consul General R. Oliver Mair’s Distinguished Lecture Series. On Thursday, October 2, 2025, at 6:00 PM, we proudly welcome Charles Smart, accomplished AI and Data Strategist.

Last year, Charles Smart inspired audiences in AI for Jamaica: Crafting a Framework for Innovation, Inclusion and Growth. This year, he returns with an entirely new format: a beginner to pro hands-on, interactive workshop designed to put AI tools directly into your hands.

Whether you’re completely new to AI or already exploring its possibilities, this session will give you practical, ready-to-use skills you can immediately apply in your personal life, career, or business.

What You’ll Learn & Do

  • ChatGPT Essentials — how to write effective prompts and get the most from AI conversations
  • AI Video Creation — step-by-step tools to generate engaging video content
  • Best AI Tools — explore which platforms are right for business, work, and creative projects
  • Real-Time Practice — bring your laptop or tablet and create alongside the instructor
  • Takeaway Resources — leave with prompts, tools, and guides you can use right away

This isn’t just a lecture — it’s a chance to learn by doing.
