    Join Eric Delozier for an 8-week Winter Wellness Series focused on Eurythmy, a meditative movement practice that harmonizes body, mind, and breath.

Classes are held every Sunday from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM at 29 Banks Ford Parkway, Suite 109, Fredericksburg, VA and are designed for all levels, including those with sensitive backs or limited mobility.

Participants will:

  • Build inner warmth and vitality
  • Support immunity and circulation
  • Improve balance and spinal alignment
  • Strengthen the nervous system and sense of inner stability

What is Eurythmy?
Eurythmy is a meditative movement practice where gestures and steps correspond to sounds, rhythms, and qualities of language and music. It cultivates balance, vitality, and inner coherence.

Put simply:

  • Slow, conscious movement
  • Coordinated with breath and awareness
  • Designed to harmonize body, feeling, and thinking

Unlike typical fitness exercises, Eurythmy is not about repetition or strain, but about the quality of movement and inner experience.
