Constellations is a closed, 8-week, in-person mental health group for people who practice or identify with any form of ethical non-monogamy (ENM) to come together with peers and facilitators with lived experiences in a safer, non-judgmental environment.
In the group, participants get to explore ENM topics and common concerns, gain insight into ENM relationships and identities, and challenge any potential internalized stigma.
Through guided discussions, the group aims to foster a greater sense of self-acceptance and strengthen one’s sense of belonging within the ENM community.
Constellations (Open Stream): This stream is open to all ages 18+, genders, and sexual orientations.
Dates: Thursdays, June 26 - August 14
Time: 6:00 - 8:00 PM
Location: 8888 University Dr., Burnaby, BC, V5A 1S6

Participants must sign up for the group before attendance. To sign up, you will need to fill out a short survey. After the survey has been completed, you will receive the room number for the group. Please sign up by June 23.
This group is free to participants. Refreshments will be provided.

Yes! We just ask that you please ensure that all attendees have registered for the group before attending.
Yes, because this is a closed group we ask that participants commit as much as possible to the full eight weeks. If you are unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances that is okay - we just ask that you do your best to inform the co-facilitators if this is the case.
