Conscious Embodiment
Step out of autopilot and reconnect. Conscious Embodiment is a mindfulness-based movement practice that helps you meet life’s pressures with more skill, compassion, and clarity. Through guided solo and partner exercises, you’ll explore how stress shows up in your body and practice returning to center—shifting from reaction to choice with grounded presence.
Through guided exercises—solo and with a partner—you’ll safely explore how stress, tension, and old habits show up in your body. In real time, you’ll practice centering, aligning, and shifting from reaction to choice, discovering new ways to meet life’s challenges with grounded presence.
