The Conscious Connection Playground is an experiment—an invitation to explore what it means to truly connect with yourself, others, and a vibrant community through curiosity, play, and shared discovery.

We believe that a thriving community is built through joint exploration—a process where individuals come together to uncover what sparks connection and belonging.

This event is a catalyst, a space designed to help you, as an individual, tap into your needs and desires, feel safe to share them, and discover what binds us to one another. Together, we’ll deepen those connections through curiosity and openness, learning as we go.

What to Expect:

3-Hour Workshop:

Immerse yourself in a dynamic experience of movement, body awareness, and heartfelt connection. Through fun, easygoing activities, you’ll reconnect with yourself and connect with others in a welcoming, exploratory environment.

Sharing:

Share your experiences and perspectives contributing to a feedback loop that will shape the future of the Conscious Connection Playground. Your voice will help drive the evolution of this experiment.

Networking & Afterparty:

Stay after the workshop, hang out and share your feedback to the tunes to a DJ set, where you can dance, converse, have a drink with the group (this part will be open to the public).
