Comfortable clothing that you can move about in freely. Warm socks - we remove our shoes before entering the venue. This is a clothes on workshop--we will be witnessing and acknowledging each other's spirits in meaningful ways.

Do I need a yoga mat?

There are mats available at the NWA Healing Hub as a courtesy, but you are encouraged to bring a mat or a comfortable cushion to keep you bum comfy when we are sitting.

Yes, we encourage you to bring a water bottle and sip freely. Hydration is encouraged.
