You will be guided on a peaceful inner journey where you meet and connect with your younger self, offering comfort, compassion, and understanding. As old tension softens, the ethereal sounds of crystal bowls and other healing instruments will wash over you. These calming vibrations soothe the nervous system, release stored energy, and support deep emotional restoration.
Bring a journal to capture any insights, reflections, or intentions that arise. You may choose to invite clarity, rest, renewal, or simply presence.
We will close with a few quiet moments of journaling and integration, allowing you to carry this sense of calm, connection, and inner harmony into the rest of your week.

PLEASE NOTE:
- We begin promptly at 7:00 PM, so please arrive by 6:50 PM to settle in before we start.
- Mats, blankets, bolsters, and pillows are provided. You may bring your own mat, blanket, or eye pillow for added comfort.
- Please note that scented candles, aromatherapy, and diffusers are used in the studio.
- Space is intentionally limited to create a peaceful and intimate environment for all attendees.
