This experinceince is designed to help you relax, center, connect more with yourself, others and nature!

You will be guided thorugh meditation & prayer allowing yourself to come back to the present moment and move forward with more clarity, ease and love!

This is a beautiful little park in Downey where you can take a short walk around water, say hi to ducks and overall just be in nature! Feel free to arrive earlier or stay after to enjoy the park! Note that doors don't open until 10.45am!

What to bring:

Think of it as a picnic at the park. Bring a blanket to lay on, water, journal, pen and anything to make yourself cozy!

Arrival time:

Please arrive when doors open to find parking and get settled. We will begin promptly!
