Grab your afternoon coffee (or maybe a cup of cocoa or herbal tea!) and hop on Zoom with Jen & Beka for a cozy, culture-hopping conversation inspired by Hunt, Gather, Parent.

Together, we’ll journey with author Michaeleen Doucleff as she explores how Maya, Inuit, and Hadzabe families raise confident, kind, and cooperative kids—without sticker charts, timeouts, or power struggles. What can these time-tested traditions teach us about connection, patience, and the joy of raising children? Let’s find out together!

Whether you’re an Early Childhood teacher eager to see how culture shapes development, a Parent Educator looking for fresh, research-backed perspectives to share with families, or simply a parent curious about a calmer, more connected way to grow together—you’ll find inspiration (and probably a few happy “aha!” moments).
