Connected Heart Breathwork

By Josh De Jong

Overview

A breathwork experience designed for couples to deepen their connection. Synchronizing breath and heart, brining alignment to the next level

Connected Heart is a guided couples breathwork experience designed to bring you back into emotional connection, playful energy, and deep presence with the person you love.

Modern relationships get busy. Stress hijacks intimacy. Eye contact disappears. Touch becomes functional instead of soulful. Connected Heart brings couples back to the foundation of partnership: shared breath, shared presence, and shared laughter.

Across ninety minutes, you and your partner will move through a powerful sequence that blends somatic movement, breathwork, emotional connection practices, and deep relaxation.

What to expect

• Create your shared “nest” for comfort and safety
• Playful movement to shake off stress and open the body
• Back to back breath connection
• A four minute guided eye gaze
• Ten minutes of synchronized breathing while holding each other
• Tummo style breath rounds to unlock energy and presence
• Closing meditation and couples integration ritual
• A supportive share circle to anchor your experience

This session is beginner friendly. No previous breathwork experience needed. You’ll be guided every step of the way.

Who this is for

• Couples who want to reconnect on a deeper level
• Partners looking for a meaningful date night that goes beyond dinner and Netflix
• Those wanting to rebuild emotional intimacy
• Anyone curious about breathwork and conscious partnership practices

What to bring

Yoga mats, pillows, blankets, and anything that helps you build your nest. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in.
