In today’s CSR landscape, relationships are the foundation for driving meaningful change. This dynamic workshop is designed for CSR professionals seeking to deepen collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders to amplify their impact.

Through this interactive session, participants will explore five actionable strategies to strengthen relationships with teams including learning and development, talent acquisition, executive leadership, grantees, and community beneficiaries that help build cultures of connection within our companies and partnerships.

Participants will engage in a facilitated discussion and breakout activity that supports ideation, peer learning, and action planning. Whether you're building cross-functional buy-in, scaling nonprofit partnerships, or aligning with community beneficiaries, this workshop will equip you with tangible tools to enhance relationship-building and drive meaningful outcomes.
