Led by Daniel LaBarbera, a certified meditation teacher with a grounded, yet magical approach, the session blends philosophy, meditation, breathwork, and subtle somatic awareness, drawing from a 3,000-year-old Tibetan Buddhist lineage.
At the heart of the practice is a visualization of the “Future Awakened Self,” offering a way to steady the nervous system, sharpen mental clarity, and release patterns that no longer serve, while strengthening what’s already working.

About Daniel LaBarbera
Daniel LaBarbera is a yoga and meditation teacher who makes magic out of the mundane. A former product manager turned corporate wellness facilitator, he brings clarity and ease to a wide range of settings, from executive teams to studio classrooms.
He has completed two 200-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings (Modo Yoga and Three Jewels) and a 200-hour Meditation Teacher Training with Three Jewels NYC. A lifelong student of Tibetan Buddhism and yogic philosophy, Daniel teaches with curiosity, presence, and a beginner’s mind.
Open to all levels; no prior meditation experience required.
