Connect to the wisdom of the moment: Learn how to read and cast cards! Join Vicktoria Connolly, local medium, vedic astrologer and card reader at IVY Energetic Studio for a hands-on workshop where you'll discover the art of card reading. This isn't just your standard tarot reading class, instead you will be introduced to an ancient and recently advanced card system that combines astrological placements and card reading! In astrology each person has a birth chart and in this system coined, "The cards of Truth", each person has a Birthcard Chart that is overlayed with astrological placements providing an indepth and accurate system that can be used for both manually card casting and for reading birthcard charts. In this workshop we will be focusing on the meaning of the cards and how to use this system for manually casting cards for yourself and others.

If you've ever tried to learn tarot and it didn't click for you or if you love tarot and astrology or have always been drawn towards them then this is the class for you! And since we are connecting to the wisdom of the moment, each participant will get the opportunity to practice reading for themselves or pairing up and reading for each other! No experince with card reading is neccessary! By the end of class you will have everything you need to start practicing reading for yourself and others. There's also no need to bring your tarot decks (they wont be of use here), instead this system can be used with regular card playing decks (making card reading even more accessible) or decks made specificially for this system that include The major Arcana cards(High Priestess, Chariot, Strength etc).

And we are in for a big treat! Tuning in with us all the way from Romania, will be Guest Speaker, and Mentor, Ayla Ingrid. Ayla is a master healer through and through and the Cards of Truth system is a guiding tool in her practice. So much so that she went on her own journey in creating a customized deck exclusively for this system! During her time with us, Ayla will grace us with the telling of her personal journey with the Cards of truth system and her process in designing and creating this deck, helping us gain even deeper insights into the meaning of the cards along the way. A limited number of Ayla's Decks will be available to purchase at the workshop! You can pre-order to ensure you have one for the class but don't worry, information to purchase a deck later on will also be provided to each participant. You are also welcome to bring regular playing cards, those will work too! Each participant will be provided with handouts on the meaning of each of the cards inorder to deepen thier practice as well as instructions for each of the spreads we will learn in class.
