Join us for an engaging community building event meant to create a space where physics educators from across the country can connect, share, and create together. This workshop is designed specifically for educators teaching physics during the 2025-2026 school year.
For this workshop, we will be sharing professional learning modules based on our Everyday Actions Guide (link). These modules are designed to prompt meaningful discussion among teacher-participants around what it means to create a welcoming, inclusive, and successful physics classroom.
One or two of our STEP UP team members will facilitate this workshop.
Please note that this workshop is tailored for classroom instructors (pre-service, in-service and post-secondary) and aims to cater specifically to their needs and interests. If you are a non-classroom educator or administrator interested in learning more about the STEP UP lessons please contact us via stepupphysics@aps.org for a separate discussion.
