About this event

Community • City & Town

Most of us crave deeper connection—but it’s rare to find spaces where we can be truly honest and truly heard.

How to sign up:

  • First group starts Oct 15 (6 spots only - only 2 remaining!)
  • Meets weekly for approx 5 weeks in quiet, cozy spaces near you
  • Suggested Donation: $5+ per meeting
  • Apply now (10-15 minutes): Sign up here

Encounter Groups bring 5–6 people together, under the guidance of a seasoned facilitator, for a 4 or 5-week journey of genuine conversation, vulnerability, and shared growth. No small talk. No pressure to “perform.” Just space to show up as yourself.

Groups are selected based on geographical location, and are set up so that members are similar enough to understand one another, but different enough to learn from one another.

Over the course of about a month, group members will have an opportunity to reflect and share more about their lives - past, present and future - and to hear more about the stories and situations of others.

What you’ll experience:
✨ Feeling seen and understood in ways everyday life doesn’t allow
✨ Breaking through social anxiety by building real connections
✨ Practicing honesty, empathy, and boundaries in a safe circle
✨ Discovering parts of yourself through the stories of others

This isn’t therapy, and it’s not a one-off networking mixer or random night out. It’s something different - a rare chance to learn about yourself in authentic community and to make new friends.
