Maria De Leon is a first-generation college graduate from Butler University born and raised on the Eastside of Indianapolis. She currently works at Eli Lilly and Company as an HR Associate supporting the Manufacturing and Quality business unit. Beyond her role at Lilly, Maria is deeply committed to building inclusive spaces and empowering the Latino community through service and connection. She is the founder of Indy Networking, a platform thatempowers communities to connect authentically through culturally-aligned events and networking strategy.Her community work includes serving on multiple boards and committees focused on equity and leadership, and she was recognized as one of the Indianapolis Business Journal’s “20 in Their 20s" in 2024. Her work is rooted in purpose, with a mission to inspire others to lead boldly, celebrate their heritage, and create lasting impact.
