We at the Lithuanian-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce (LNCC) and the Lithuanian Professionals Club in Oslo (LPO), in association with the Norwegian-Lithuanian Chamber of Commerce (NLCC) in Vilnius, invite you to join kick-off 2020 which will focus on digitalization.

We invite you to the historic premises of the Norwegian Shipowners’ Association through our valuable cooperation with Shipping & Offshore Network and the Maritime Oslofjord Cooperation Alliance which will be hosting this event. We also cooperate with the European Union Chambers of Commerce in Norway (EUCCN), where LNCC chairman is the chair of the Executive Committee, so this will be a truly pan-European event.

Our distinguished key speakers will look into Lithuanian and Norwegian digitalization roadmap:

• Elijus Čivilis (MBA), Vice-Minister of the Economy and Innovation of the Republic of Lithuania

Vice-Minister E. Čivilis will share his insights on Lithuanian Digital Transformation: Agenda and Lessons Learned.

• Ieva Martinkėnaitė (PhD), Vice President, AI and IoT Business Development, Telenor ASA, Member of EC High-Level Expert Group on AI

Being a Member of European Commission’s High-Level Expert Group on AI, Ieva will share her insights on European AI strategy work and the ongoing discussions in Brussels on AI ethical framework, legislative implications and investments. She will also share some highlights from the recently announced Norwegian AI strategy, discuss similarities and differences from Lithuanian AI strategy, and open up for a discussion on possible collaboration on AI and digitization between the two countries, at a political, business and research level.
