Is this a COVID-conscious event?

Accepted Answer

Yes, We ask that all guests remain masked throughout the indoor spaces | when in close proximity of each other. If possible, please bring your own mask and test before you attend. Thank you for caring for the health of all of us, especially our immunocompromised community.

Will there be food?

Yes! Lite bites will be available during the Earth Doula Launch Party. Additional Food Vendors TBC. Water refills and hot water for tea are also available.

Where can I park?

City Place Lot C is the nearest garage parking to the event space. There is a paved sidewalk and it is a 2-minute walk to the event space.

Will there be captions?

For virtual attendees,  Zoom captions will be available during the presentation  portion of the event.

Can I bring my kids?

Accepted Answer

Yes! At check-out, please add-on your family members that will be joining us. Children's Village will be open during the Confluence. More details to share soon!
