Come out to work on building a platform and picnic table to be placed along Poplar Bend Loop at the Confluence Natural Area!

4214 Highland Farm Road Hillsborough, NC 27278To make use of an old trailer frame along the Poplar Bend Trail at the Confluence, we'll be building a platform on it and constructing a picnic table for it! We're looking for some volunteers to help out with this construction project.
Where to meet: 4214 Highland Farm Rd, Hillsborough, NC, 27278. We'll be gathering under the picnic shelter at 9am.
Before you arrive: Complete our stewardship workday waiver.
What to bring: We'll provide all the necessary tools and materials, along with water and snacks, but you should bring a water bottle.
What to wear: Wear weather-appropriate clothing you're comfortable getting dirty or torn (although this should be a pretty clean workday), as well as closed-toed shoes.
