Conflict, poor communication and incivility are increasingly common in many businesses and organizations. Unaddressed, they can have significant negative financial, legal and emotional consequences, such as:

Participants will learn and practice foundational skills of communication and conflict resolution that are used in mediation, and will have the opportunity to view one demonstration of interest-based resolution. Through presentations, demonstrations and interactive exercises, you will gain insights, learn skills and take away tools that you can apply immediately in your organization to improve communication and resolve conflict.
