Conflict Management

Whether you escalate conflict, avoid them, or are some where in between, we always have room to grow in managing the conflicts in our personal and professional lives. This workshop addresses interpersonal conflict and is designed to help Marines and their families become more aware of conflict; empowering them to make healthy choices by managing their responses to conflict. It provides tools for addressing and managing conflict on an everyday basis.

This workshop is open to anyone with base access.
