You’ll receive practical, real-world resources in a supportive environment where you can learn, connect, and grow. Community Empowerment Sessions are open to all and provide tools that can be applied immediately in personal, workplace, and community settings.

  • How your personal conflict style shapes your interactions

💡 What You’ll Learn in the Afternoon Lab: Interpersonal Communication Lab
