Conch Shell Symphony is a 3-day immersive art and sound experience celebrating Haitian heritage through painted conch shells, live music, poetry, sound baths, and more. From gallery walks and drum lessons to tea ceremonies and open mics, each day invites you to listen deeply, reflect, and connect. Dedicated to the water spirits of Vodou. Join us May 30–June 1 for a journey through sound, spirit, and story.

I am a hand percussionist who has been playing drums since the age of 5. I play with several bands based in NYC and have been all over the world studying rhythms of the African Diaspora.
