How many credits do I need?

Licensees need 18 total credit hours every 3 years. Within those 18 hours: 2 HR of Legal credit and 1 HR of Fair Housing credit must be taken in EACH YEAR you are licensed. The other 9 credits may be any type (legal, elective or fair housing). Visit https://www.cemarketplace.net/Resources.aspx
