Jobs in the Information Technology field in the state of Michigan are in high-demand. Training for the Computer Support Technician program will include classes related to CompTIA and soft skills classes to prepare you for a job in the technology industry. Individuals with CompTIA certifications typically can start their career as a helpdesk technician, IT technician, helpdesk analyst, and similar roles.

The CompTIA classes will focus on installing, repairing, troubleshooting, performing preventative maintenance of computer hardware, and more. The training program is at the OCC Auburn Hills campus in Michigan and classes are in-person. The daytime classes are held Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
