The Digital Skills Program is a beginner-friendly training designed to help individuals develop essential computer and internet skills. Participants will learn computer basics, internet navigation, email management, and cybersecurity, gaining the confidence to use technology effectively in daily life.
The program consists of six sessions,
held from July 28th – Aug 8th on:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 5:30 PM – 7:30:00 PM
(July 28, July 30, Aug 1, Aug 4th, Aug 6th Aug 8).
At the Lake County Peacemakers office, 2424 Grand Ave Waukegan, IL 60085.
Attendance at all sessions is required to complete the course and earn a certificate of completion.
Additionally, those who do not own a personal laptop, desktop, or tablet (or only have a school-issued device) may qualify to receive a brand-new laptop.
