The second annual Computational Law & Blockchain Festival (#clbfest2019) is a month-long global event bringing together coders, designers, lawyers, policymakers, researchers, and students to co-create the future of law, legal practice, and policy. In the spirit of decentralization, the Festival will be hosted at independent, self-organized nodes in cities around the world during the spring.

Fitting with the initiatives of our host Blockchain Embassy, the Berlin node will focus on legal design as the intersection and future of legal informatics and blockchain/decentralized governance:

The day will be divided into two sections: Talks (11:30 - 14:00) that will set the foundation for collaborative learning and discourse during the afternoon's Breakout & Workshop Sessions (14:30 - 18:00).
