Compound butter is a simple but versatile ingredient that can add a ton of flavor to your meals. With just a few simple ingredients and some creativity, you can create a wide range of delicious flavor combinations. It’s simply butter or non-dairy spread that has been mixed with other ingredients, like herbs, spices, or citrus zest. The possibilities are endless, and you can create a wide range of flavors depending on what you add.

You'll have the opportunity to sample the compound butter and go home with the recipe to replicate it at home.
