Most food scraps are thrown away! By taking this workshop, you can work towards a better future for the planet. Learn to recycle your food scraps at home. It's a great "all hands on deck" type activity to interact with the family and it is a positive example to set for our youth.
In addition there are many lucrative outlets for composters. Red Wigglers are not only themselves valuable for soil building, fish bait, or composting, but their castings, or waste excrement can sell for top-dollar.
