Workshops are a practice-focused way to enhance your Compference24 experience. They give you the opportunity to learn, discuss, practice, and apply compensation strategies alongside your peers, new approaches to in-product techniques.

Choose from six workshops across across all three days of this great event! Each day, you'll have the opportunity to select the workshop that best meets your needs. But remember, each day two workshops will be happening concurrently, so only choose one each day.

On days 2 and 3, session attendees on day 1 and 3 can earn two credit hours for both HRCI and SHRM.

Day 3, option 1: Developing a pay communications strategy

In this two-hour paid workshop, you will receive an update on the state of pay transparency legislation along with practical in-depth guidance from experts on how to develop or modernize your pay communications strategy with consideration toward changes in employee expectations based on recent legal requirements.

Attendees will leave the session with:

An understanding of the current state of pay transparency legislation and how it affects them
Practical guidance on developing or updating pay communication strategies
Insight into evolving employee expectations and techniques for aligning strategies with recent legislative changes

Day 3, option 2: Pay transparency across the employment lifecycle

In this two-hour paid workshop, you will receive an update on the state of pay transparency legislation. You’ll also get in-depth training from experts on going beyond compliance with pay transparency laws in your pay communications strategy to a level of transparency that will differentiate your organization at every step of the hiring and employment lifecycle, with messaging tailored to specific audiences (e.g., job candidates, employees, people managers, etc.).

Strategies for transparency across the employment lifecycle and an understanding of how to tailor communications to different audiences
Knowledge of how to elevate pay communications above and beyond compliance
