Welcome to the day 1 workshops of Compference24!

Workshops are a practice-focused way to enhance your Compference24 experience. They give you the opportunity to learn, discuss, practice, and apply compensation strategies alongside your peers, new approaches to in-product techniques.

Choose from six workshops across across all three days of this great event! Each day, you'll have the opportunity to select the workshop that best meets your needs. But remember, each day two workshops will be happening concurrently, so only choose one per day.

Day 2, option 1: How to best leverage Payfactors for reporting

In this two-hour paid workshop, you will get in-depth, interactive demonstrations on the reporting tools and features in Payfactors — including custom report options — that can help you analyze whether you are paying fairly, identify where pay increases and/or promotions are needed, and report on investment needs and impacts.

Day 2, option 2: How to best leverage MarketPay for reporting

In this two-hour paid workshop, you will get in-depth, interactive demonstrations on MarketPay reporting tools and features — including custom report options — that can help you budget for pay increases, analyze whether you are paying fairly, identify where pay increases and/or promotions are needed, and report on investment needs and impacts.

Attendees can expect the following takeaways:
