Workshops are a practice-focused way to enhance your Compference24 experience. They give you the opportunity to learn, discuss, practice, and apply compensation strategies alongside your peers, new approaches to in-product techniques.

Choose from six workshops across across all three days of this great event! Each day, you'll have the opportunity to select the workshop that best meets your needs. But remember, each day two workshops will be happening concurrently, so only choose one each day.

On days 1 and 3 sSession attendees can earn two credit hours for both HRCI and SHRM.

In this two-hour paid workshop, you will receive expert, hands-on guidance in researching your talent market, forming a compensation philosophy and strategy, and choosing appropriate pay structures that align with your organization’s goals.

Day 1, option 2: Best practices for equitable pay structures

In this two-hour paid workshop, you will receive expert guidance on establishing equitable pay structures using diverse market data, defining pay ranges, emphasizing job leveling, and promoting employee retention and engagement through skill advancement, career growth, and tenure recognition.

Attendees will learn how to:

Establish equitable pay structures using diverse market data
Effectively define pay range minimums and maximums
Encourage employee retention through pay range progression
