INSTRUCTOR BIOS:

  • Laurie Fairman (she/her), co-owner of Tyee Arts and Honeychurch Anqitues, is a long-time practitioner of the Iyengar tradition who believes yoga—the study of the body, the mind, and the spirit—is for everyone, every body. Using props to find alignment, we will explore our inner guru’s path to bliss.

  • Courtney Klop (she/they), owner of Self Care Creature and the Administrative Alchemist with Tyee and Honeychurch, has been teaching yoga for over a decade and leading wellness-oriented events. With a trauma-informed, holistic approach, Courtney weaves together mindful movement, breathwork, and self-inquiry to support well-being on all levels—fostering self-awareness, resilience, and sustainable self-care.
