Nope! This event is all about movement and community, you can walk, jog, or run.

What is included with registration?

Your free registration includes: Participation in the 5K walk/run. Optional cold plunge after the run/walk, and 1 recovery drink from Buzzin Bees.

Do I have to do the cold Plunge?

Not at all, it is completely optional. If you decide to skip it, you can still enjoy your recovery drink and hang out with the community.

What should I bring?

Comfortable walking/running shoes. Warm change of clothes + towels (if you plan to cold plunge). Water bottle. Positive energy and good vibes.

Are kids or pets allowed?

Yes! Families are welcome. Kids must be supervised by an adult at all times. Pets should be on a leash and comfortable around crowds.
