At Village Playback Theatre, we gather real stories—of love and loss, courage and humor—and bring them to life through music, movement, and improvisation. We witness one another. We recognize ourselves. We feel the awe that ripples through a room when truth is spoken aloud.

Storytelling is our bridge—between hearts, between strangers, between difference, between what hurts and what heals. It reminds us we belong, that empathy is a revolutionary act.

We invite you to join us to share your story or witness others, and for 90 minutes, become a part of a community connected by our stories.

Tickets

$20. Save $10 off of door admission (discount ends Thursday 10/30 at midnight EDT)

$25. Save $5 off of door admission when purchased online. (discount ends 2 hours before showtime)

$15 Student Tickets. Save $15 off of door admission if purchased online.

$30. Tickets can be purchased at the door. Cash, PayPal, and Zelle accepted.

No one will be turned away. If these ticket prices are prohibitive for you, email your name to info@villageplaybacktheatre.org and we'll add your name to our guest list. When you arrive, you are welcome to pay whatever you can. Seating is limited.

Masks are not required to attend this performance; however, they are recommended.

If you are feeling sick and have recently been exposed to someone who has had the flu or Covid, we encourage you to stay home.

The theater is on the 2nd floor. There is a chair lift available to anyone who is in need of it, however no elevators are available.
