Community Stroke Day

Community Stroke Day began in 2017 when 7 healthcare organizations from NE Wisconsin came together to create a day focused on Stroke Survivors and their Care Partners. Our mission for Community Stroke Day is to provide support, resources, and education to empower Stroke Survivors and Care Partners on their stroke recovery journey. Stroke is such a life changing, oftentimes devastating, change to a person’s life and isolation is a significant problem. This event shows Stroke Survivors and Care Partners that they are not alone in their journeys.
