A sound bath uses calming instruments like singing bowls to slow brainwaves, lower stress, and support the nervous system. As you relax, sound helps shift the body into a state of rest and healing—no experience needed, just come open to accept.

What do I need to bring with me?

Please bring a yoga mat or something to lie on. A blanket, eye mask, or pillow can help you get extra comfy. Dress in layers for comfort—whatever helps you relax and settle in.
