There is a new opportunity to save every month on your PEPCO or BG&E bill. Housing Initiative Partnership (HIP) has partnered with Clean Slate Solar to help sign residents of Montgomery County and Prince George's County up for Community Solar.

Community Solar makes it possible for homeowners, renters, and businesses to participate in solar without needing to install their own solar panels. Community members subscribe to a local community solar farm and begin earning solar energy credits that reduce their electricity costs. Community Solar is a safe, truly green alternative to third party energy.
