Get ready to lace up your running shoes and join us for a refreshing Zone 2 Community Run! Whether you’re an experienced runner or just starting out, everyone is welcome to participate at their own pace.
The Routine
- Warm-Up:
5 minutes of dynamic stretching to get your body ready. - Run:
We’ll run 1 km at an easy pace (Zone 2, heart rate around 110–150 bpm) with a buddy. This pace allows you to keep a conversation going, so bring your smartwatch or Whoop if you have one! - Conditioning Exercises:
After every 1 km, we’ll take a break for core and stability exercises. These will help build your running strength and reduce the risk of injuries.
What to Expect
- Groups:
Participants will be split into groups based on fitness levels, so you can run with people at a similar pace. - What to Bring:
Don’t forget your running shoes, a heart rate monitor or smartwatch, and your phone. Water and a positive attitude are also highly recommended!
