Join us for our Community Resource Day, a free event for parents who are pregnant or have children under 36 months old!

We understand the challenges that come with raising young children, and we want to help ease the burden by providing free diapers to families in need.

What to Expect:

Free diapers for pregnant parents and those with children aged 0-36 months
Helpful resources and information about our programs and services
A quick 15 min. conversation with the Latched Team to learn more about your needs

Who Can Attend:

This event is open to all parents and caregivers who are either currently pregnant or have children under the age of 36 months.

How to Participate:

Register for the event on Eventbrite to reserve your time spot.
Confirm your time slot with a Latched Support Team member by calling 210-504-8015.
Bring proof of pregnancy or the age of your child (such as a birth certificate or ultrasound picture).

Additional Information:

The event is free of charge.
Diapers will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis after your scheduled conversation.
We recommend arriving early to ensure you do not miss your time slot.

Frequently asked questions

Why do I have to choose a time slot?

In order to receive your free materials, we sit down with each attendee for 10-15 minutes. To minimize wait time, we ask that you choose your time slot and arrive as close to that time period as possible. By doing so, you allow everyone to be served in a timely manner.

Do I need a ticket?

We kindly ask that ANY families wanting to receive materials at this event register and confirm their information through their ticket to make the process quick and easy.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring proof of guardianship of your child such as a birth certificate or ultrasound (if pregnant).

Can I bring my children?

We ask that you limit the amount of support people or children. To receive the best assistance for your family, we suggest that both legal guardians of your child or children be present.

Do I have to purchase anything?

No, all tickets and materials are completely free. If someone is attempting to charge you, please ignore the request and reach out to our team as quickly as possible at 210-504-8015.

How early/late can I arrive?

We ask that you arrive as early as possible, however the doors will not open until 9 a.m. If you arrive before then, we ask for your patience. We ask that the latest arrival be 15 minutes prior to event end time.

Why do I have to confirm through a phone call?

By confirming your information through a 1-on-1 phone call, you provide Latched Team with a better understanding of your needs as well as get registered into our systems. After you are registered into our systems, we can assist you with more resources and material assistance.

If I don't do the phone call, can I still get diapers?

You can! However all of the information required to provide your materials will have to be answered when you arrive. This can take some time and may delay the timeliness of your material distribution. We ask that you provide the information ahead of time to make the process as convenient as possible

Who Can Attend?

Latched Services are available to all pregnant families and families with children under the age of 3 years. As long as you are pregnant, the legal guardian of your child, and reside in a Texas area code, you are eligible for Latched Support Programs.
