Overview

The Trinity Health Muskegon, Shelby, and Grand Haven Community Impact Grants program Information Session for the 2026 award cycle.

The Trinity Health Muskegon, Shelby, and Grand Haven Community Impact Grants (CIG) program, comprised of the Community Benefit Board Initiative (CBBI) and the Sr. Simone Courtade Fund (Sr.SCF), was created to support, strengthen, and sustain Trinity Health's organizational mission. We aim to promote optimal health for poor and vulnerable populations and communities by addressing social needs, connecting social and clinical care, and ensuring care for the common good. Throughout our last three granting cycles, and continuing into 2026, efforts have intentionally aligned with our neighbors' voices as heard through the lakeshore’s Community Health Needs Assessments. The office of Community Health & Well-Being is excited to share an adjusted CIG program in 2026 as we continue to partner with those we serve alongside while elevating the voices of our neighbors.
