Join us for a sacred circle of prayer, reflection, and community care. Whether you’re grieving a loved one, healing ancestral sorrow, or simply seeking peace—this space is for you.

Ebony Alert Law: A New System to Find Missing Black Children and Young Black Women in California

The Ebony Alert law is very much needed in Pennsylvania the bill was signed into effect by California Governor Gavin Newsom in October 2023, creates a new statewide alert system specifically designed to help find missing Black children and young Black women between the ages of 12 and 25. This law is the first of its kind in the nation, aiming to address the crisis of missing Black youth and women.


Key Features:

Activation: The Ebony Alert will be activated upon request from local law enforcement when a Black youth or young Black woman is reported missing under suspicious or unexplained circumstances, or if they are developmentally disabled, cognitively impaired, or have been abducted.


Notification: The alert will utilize electronic highway signs, radio, TV, social media, and other systems to disseminate information about the missing person. Starting January throughout 2025 support the efforts of State Representatives Carol Kazeem, Gina H. Curry, & Community Organizer/Recording Artist Bigga Dre efforts to reduce the suspicious or unexplainable disappearance of a black woman or black person. The Ebony Alert will provide immediate
