Community Gong Meditation
Overview
These sessions are offered as a calming reset for the Decatur-Druid Hills - Emory communities—a time to pause, breathe, and gather in a supportive space. The deep, resonant tones of the gong create vibrations that move through the body, gently releasing stored stress and restoring a sense of balance.
Sound has a unique ability to reach places beyond words, helping the mind settle and the nervous system soften. The gong’s steady waves of sound invite both body and spirit into a state of deep rest, making room for clarity, ease, and renewal.
You are welcome to wear comfortable clothing. Mats and blankets will be provided, or you may want to bring your own for extra comfort. Bring an eye cover, water and if you'd like to bring your crystals for charging - please do!
Allow yourself this space to reset, restore, and reconnect.
